Departmental Training Administrator-INTERNAL

What we’re looking for:

The DTA will work full time in the Training Department administering training for the majority of all Operations skills. They will assist the Training Manager in the development of the Operations Training Program. Daily activities may include training development, review, and revision, as well as the scheduling and tracking of all training requests. You will also perform audits to ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, policies, and procedures. Additional assistance in related areas may be given to the Training and HR Departments as needed.

What you’ll need:

You must have a HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related bio-medical research field. Applicants must be highly skilled and show experience working with multiple species. What Sinclair needs is someone who takes initiative, maintains a positive attitude, and displays great communication and organizational skills in all areas.
