Desktop Support Technician
What we’re looking for:
Our Desktop Support Technician stays very busy being the first line of contact for both software and hardware issues with our on-site and remote staff. If you enjoy helping others and problem solving you’ll excel in this role. There is no typical day when it comes to the IT world and you may be working on printer maintenance, software updates/installation, user education, or researching new technology for higher end user satisfaction and efficiency within our helpdesk system.
What you’ll need:
You must have a High School Diploma with some technical background (Sec +, A+, Net+). The most successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the hunger to continue learning about the latest in technological advancements. Communication, organization, initiative and multitasking skills are a must to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
