Human Resource Director
What we’re looking for:
You will be responsible for the overall direction and evaluation for the Human Resource Department including Recruitment, Training, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations. Working in coordination with other executive staff and the President, you will play a large part in planning, implementing, and assessing strategic goals for our growing company.
What you’ll need:
To be successful you will need a Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in the Human Resource field, a Master’s degree with seven years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree with PHR/SPHR certification or an equivalent level of education and experience. Previous executive level goal planning and direct supervisory experience leading a small team is preferred.
