What we’re looking for:
You will be responsible for all aspects of proposal development to supports Sales in response to RFP, RFQ and other types of solicitations. Your daily tasks will consist of study design creation, scheduling, logistics and administrative aspects of proposal development, production and delivery. Timeliness and effective communication will be key. As a vital member of the Commercial Operations team, you will own this process from hand-over of initial inquiry by Sales (via the CRM process) through to completion of the contracting process.
What you’ll need:
One year of experience in a similar budget or proposal development position is required or an equivalent combination of education and CRO/Pharmaceutical experience. Your writing, communication, organization and customer service skills will be paramount to your success. Previous experience with Microsoft Suite and proposal management software such as Saleforce is strongly preferred.
