Xenometrics

Xenometrics

Recent exciting developments include the formation of Xenometrics™, a Sinclair company launched in September of 2006. Xenometrics™ is dedicated to providing state of the art safety pharmacology studies. Xenometrics consists of an experienced safety pharmacology team led by a leading expert in the field and will offer studies designed to satisfy global guidelines that have to be met prior to first administration in humans.

These studies will comprise of:

1. Cardiovascular assessment in canines or primates by telemetry
2. In vitro electrophysiology studies
3. Respiratory assessment in rodents
4. CNS assessment in rodents
5. Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics

ABC Pharma Services

ABC Pharma Services, an SRC Alliance Partner, provides analytical support for our toxicology services. ABC provides a broad range of GLP-complaint chemistry and radiopharmaceutical services in support of In Vivo studies. SRC can also work with the Sponsor’s in-house analytical laboratory or with a Sponsor designated analytical laboratory in support of the studies.

PreClinOmics

PreClinOmics TM(PCO), a Contract Research and Services Company is dedicated to providing in vivo, pre-clinical, laboratory services for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry, as either a primary or a secondary validation source. PCO specializes in validating test article efficacy in rodents that express complex disease disorders, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, obesity and renal failure. PCO expanded the services that it offers in the third quarter of 2003 and is now performing experimental protocols geared to determining the effectiveness of compounds solid tumor cancers.
