Pharmaceutical research services are the primary services offered at Sinclair Research. Classical synthetic drug development provides many new chemical entities (NCE) which require discovery, Investigational New Drug (IND) preclinical testing, and parallel studies during pre-New Drug Application (NDA) phases. Our clients receive competitive pricing, excellent communication, rapid study initiation, flawless in-life execution, and timely report turn-around that exceed their expectations.
Sinclair excels in preclinical studies in miniature swine, which is an asset to the scientific research community. Increasingly, this community has recognized the anatomic and physiologic similarities between swine and humans, with many swine organ systems being analogous to human systems. Thus, the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination of drugs in swine models are generally very predictive of human physiologic response. This has led to an increase in the use of miniature swine in preclinical research, including dermal toxicology and DMPK, and recognition by regulatory authorities that swine are an appropriate animal model for these evaluations.
